Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. Technical support is included in the package. 

Does the 2% fee for Farmigo include transaction fees?
The 2% charged by Farmigo does not include the fees that are charged by merchant accounts, PayPal, or Check Gateway to process payments. For more information about transaction fees, click here.

Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes if you ever need to stop using Farmigo you can cancel at any time. 

​Can I import data?
Yes, you can import existing members and items into the system.

How long does it take to get setup?
It takes just a few business days for us to get you your basic system after you submit your questionnaire. After that, setup time depends on the time commitment you can make to getting your system setup. We can move as quickly as you can! We've seen it done in a day, but on average it takes about 2 weeks to go from signing up to launching sign-up to customers. 

Will you sell or use my customer information?
Your customer information is yours. We will never sell or share your customer information. We will never use your member contact information and will never contact your members.
