Sales Associate

Farmigo Inc. is currently hiring a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for selling our CSA software platform to CSA farmers in the US and Canada.

A strong and passionate sales person, the Sales Associate will be responsible for contacting and educating farmers about the benefits of the Farmigo software platform and its advantages. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and will demonstrate a strong connection and passion to the local food movement.

The candidate must be a quick learner, a self starter and have the confidence to begin selling the product immediately.

Market Manager

Farmigo Inc. is currently hiring two Market Managers in Northern California. Each Market Manager will be responsible for promoting Farmigo in the communities of Northern California (Oakland/Berkeley and the Peninsula).

A passionate evangelist for local food, the Market Manager will build relationships with farmers, community organizations and local businesses that are connected to the Farmigo mission. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong connection and passion to the local food movement, entrepreneurial, sales or operations experience. Work experience in natural food companies and/or Farmers market leadership is a huge plus.

The Market Manager must permanently reside in Northern California (preferably in Oakland/Berkeley or the Peninsula). An intimate knowledge and connections with one's community is strongly preferred.

Candidates must be willing to travel (by car and air) within their designated region. The Market Manager will be able to choose his/her own schedules and will work in the community as well as from their home. The Market Manager will also build a team within the first year of his/her employment.

Demonstrated passion for local food/the food movement, entrepreneurial experience, ability to build relationships and organize others, strong communication skills, strong self-management skills, and a self-starter/entrepreneurial personality.

Head of Marketing

Location: New York City, NY or San Francisco, CA

Farmigo is looking for a rockstar marketing professional to head its marketing efforts, including brand marketing, marcom assets, PR and events. This position is a full-time position, reporting directly to the company's CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Farmigo's marketing strategy and execution end-to-end.
  • Own the process of defining and communicating Farmigo's brand identity, voice and style guidelines, positioning and value proposition, collaborating with relevant stakeholders (employees, customers, suppliers).
  • Oversee creation of all online and offline marketing material. Materials include website copy and creative assets, brochures, promotional giveaways and more. This may include building and managing a team of creative full-time and freelance employees: writers, graphic designers, photographers / videographers.
  • Provide marketing support to remote, decentralized operations including Farmigo's sales, customer support, R&D. Own defining marketing best practices in collaboration with Farmigo's regional managers, assist in creating marketing material, compile results of local testing into a shared library of best practices. Help foster an environment of continuous collaboration and learning.
  • Work with external PR agency on national and local PR campaigns. Create press materials and tailored messaging and manage the relationship with the agency as well as relationships with media publications.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Required: Result-driven marketing experience, digital product launch experience with end-to-end ownership, including managing PR, marcom and events.
  • Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced, decentralized startup environment. Entrepreneurial and self-starter personality.
  • Required: Experience working with or managing creative talent (copywriters, graphic designers, photographers).
  • Required: Experience in brand marketing, including defining brand, voice and style, customer personas, positioning and value proposition.
  • Required: Experience working with a PR agency or leading media publications.
  • Required: Demonstrated passion for local food or the food movement. Preferred: Past experience in food-related creative marketing or writing.

Test Automation Engineer
